Governed AI for HR
AI is already ranking candidates, drafting outreach, and summarizing interviews. The question isn't whether to use it — it's who answers when something goes wrong. Synaptik Core keeps humans in control of every consequential decision, with a record that proves it.
Security & Governance Pillars
C — Confidentiality
Candidate data is scoped to the candidate.* namespace. Agents cannot read or write outside their assigned boundary. RBAC prevents cross-role data leakage — the Resume Screener cannot access finance records, and the Outreach Agent cannot read raw HR files.
I — Integrity
Before any outreach email goes out, the Outreach Agent must propose the action — and your team approves it. The decision is permanently logged to the audit trail. No one can alter what the agent did or when it did it.
A — Availability
After each interview, the Interview Scheduler proposes a transcript summary to the candidate's record. The system keeps active candidates in fast-access storage and quietly deprioritizes older ones. Six months later, the system still knows exactly where a candidate left off — no hunting through email threads.
End-to-End Flow
Three agents — one governed pipeline. Each agent has a defined behavioral envelope: which tools it can use, what memory it can write to, and when it must stop and ask a human.
Scores inbound resumes against role criteria and writes candidate summaries to memory. Uses Notion to pull job spec knowledge, then proposes writes — your team approves before anything is committed.
Governs outreach email tone and content. Prevents speculative compensation disclosure. Requires explicit operator approval before any email is sent — this is enforced at the system level, not just by the AI's instructions.
Coordinates interview scheduling via Zoom and email. After each session it fetches the transcript, summarizes the conversation, and proposes a structured memory write — so the next recruiter who picks up this candidate has full context.

Why Synaptik Core
Every other AI tool for HR gives you a chat window and hopes you remember what happened. Synaptik Core treats your recruiting pipeline the same way banks treat transactions — every action is timestamped, signed, and replayable. If you need to show an auditor why a candidate was rejected, you can. If a recruiter leaves and a new one joins, the full context transfers instantly. The AI helps — humans stay in control.
Confidential by design
Candidate data stays within its authorized boundary. Agents cannot reach outside — not even if the prompt asks.
Integrity enforced, not promised
Outreach requires explicit approval. The system prevents sending before sign-off. This is not a polite suggestion.
Context that lasts
Transcript summaries persist in structured memory. Your team picks up exactly where the last conversation left off.
When something goes wrong, regulators ask
These aren't hypothetical questions. They're what employment law, bias audits, and the EU AI Act already require for consequential hiring decisions. Synaptik Core is the system that can answer them.
